This was the next long-awaited meeting for the Bank's most active non-cash customers. "I have been a customer of Converse Bank since 2005. Non-cash payment is a matter of principle for me. So, in recent years, I have won several Converse Bank non-cash shopping campaigns, including a vacation for two in Rome. Converse Bank is again the winner of the EBRD’s “Deal of the Year – Green Trade” award
12.02.2021 - Converse Bank is presented with the prestigious "Deal of the Year – Green Trade 2019" award by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) under its Green Trade Facilitation Programme (Green TFP) for “encouraging best practices in industrial water efficiency in Armenia, with a water-savings impact equivalent to the annual water consumption of 220 Armenian households”. Artur Hakobyan, the CEO, Chairman of Executive Management of Converse Bank said, “Green financing is one of the priority directions of the Bank’s strategy, and the EBRD’s award once again proves the effectiveness of Converse Bank’s efforts in promoting green financing. Converse Bank supported the construction of a new solar station in Vayots Dzor
07.12.2020 - The opening ceremony of the 5.2 MW solar station took place in Zedea community, Vayots Dzor. The project had been financed by Converse Bank. VAYOTS AREV-1, the solar PV plant built by Clean Energy LLC, is the largest station connected to the electric network in Armenia. The plant is expected to generate 10,000,000 kWh of electricity per year. Importantly, this is another successful project financed by Converse Bank CJSC in the renewable energy – solar energy sector. Converse Bank was the first bank in Armenia to launch a similar program, by financing the construction of TALIN-1, the first solar station in the country.

With this in mind, Converse Bank is launching two campaigns aimed at supplementing the Military Servicemen's Insurance Fund (1000+) within the framework of Bank-Customer cooperation. In particular, within the framework of the first campaign, starting from November 25 to December 4, the Bank will transfer an additional 1000 AMD for each transfer of 1000 AMD and above, made through 1000+ special platform operating in Converse Bank Mobile Application. Converse Bank also expects the active participation of its Visa virtual cardholders on Black Friday. Thus, on Black Friday, November 27, the Bank will transfer to the 1000+ Fund 10% of the total volume of online shopping transactions made with Visa Virtual Cards.
