Job description: Converse Bank is looking for a skilled professional to develop and amend the internal regulations of the Bank.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Review and standardize draft internal regulations and expected amendments to existing internal regulations of the Bank, and make recommendations
•  Develop and improve the charters of structural subdivisions of the Bank
• Provide conclusions on draft laws and bylaws submitted by the Union of Banks of Armenia, the Central Bank of Armenia and the government authorities
•  Prepare information bulletins on the products and services of the Bank

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Responsibilities:

•Coordinate the activities of cash operations unit, clearing unit and international transfer and settlement unit.
• Daily liquidity management
• Oversee all treasury processes in compliance with bank’s policies.
• Ensure that the operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlements function.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including cash disbursements, cash pooling, collections and accounting reconciliations and reporting include compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and accounting standards

• Draft policies and procedures related to treasury

Required knowledge/skills:
