JOB DESCRIPTION: Converse Bank is looking for a Financial Adviser to provide customer service, ensure sales promotion and consulting about banking services as well as build and maintain effective relationships with customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Provide customer service and advice based on the Bank’s policies and internal legal acts,
  •  Identify individual customer needs and attract potential customers,
  •  Provide sales promotion and cross selling of banking services,
  •  Attract deposits, disburse loans, open bank accounts and perform other transactions,
  •  Make presentations and product description for potential customers,
  •  Make financial analysis and conclusion on customer’s business,
  •  Provide document circulation,
  •  Maintain and update customer database,
  •  Provide loan monitoring and control over repayments,
  •  Propose and introduce innovative products and practices to attract new customers,
  •  Perform other assignments of direct supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  University degree in Economics, Finance or related areas,
  •  2-year and longer work experience in respective area,
  •  Computer skills,
  •  Knowledge of Armenian Software is a plus,
  •  Fluency in Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English is a plus,

Job description: Converse Bank CJSC is looking for an experienced and talented ArmSoft Database Developer to join its team. The incumbent should be previously involved in development of complex projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Design and develop new software solutions to improve and streamline the Bank's processes and handle current issues,
  •  Design and develop new software solutions to run new processes and applications initiated by the Bank's departments,
  •  Present status and performance reports to the line management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  At least 2 years of experience in ArmSoft Database development; full stack experience developing UI and back-end components,
  •  Extensive experience in developing custom services, components, or modules using C# and .NET framework,
  •  Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API development,
  •  Strong knowledge of modern claims-based authentication/ authorization mechanisms like OAuth and OpenID Connect,
  •  Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (REST/ SOAP, Web API, WCF),
  •  Experience with Git for software version control,
  •  Knowledge of Object Oriented Design methodologies,
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  •  Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodology,
  •  Ability to collaborate and work with other team members,
  •  Self-motivated person with an ability to take on tasks with little direction from leadership,
  •  Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly,
