Leasing and factoring operations group, Group manager

Location: Yerevan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advancement of services for leasing and factoring operations;
  • Consulting clients on lending terms;
  • Make business analysis, as well as carry out financial analysis of customer activities;
  • Conduct monitoring;
  • Portfolio management
  • Offer and implement the latest tools and approaches to attract new customers;
  • Implement other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher or professional education;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the related field;
  • Good knowledge of accounting, banking and tax laws;

Job description: Converse Bank is seeking for a specialist to join its Investment Operations Unit and fulfill the below responsibilities, establish and maintain stable relationships with customers and partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Development of customer investment declarations,
  • Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities (stocks, bonds, etc.)
  • Survey of general trends in domestic and foreign financial markets
  • Current management of portfolio assets management as a result of research and analysis, transfer of purchase/sale orders to the broker
  • Active participation in the development of the Bank's internal legal acts
  • Documentation and archiving of concluded transactions in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations
  • Perform other tasks and duties as provided by the Bank’s internal regulations and assigned by line manager

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics,
  • Work experience in the banking sector is preferable,
  • Willingness and ability to take the relevant professional qualification exam within three months,
  • A professional qualification certificate is desirable (CFA, FRM),
  • Analytical skills,
