JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and submit action plan for management of archiving project
  • Review the Bank’s document circulation system by sectors and/or by structural/territorial subdivisions, make inventory of documents and set storage/archiving process
  • Set mechanisms for storage/archiving of resolutions/protocols of competent decision-makers/collegial authorities
  • Develop the document digitization vision of the Bank
