''Converse Bank'' is issuing coupon bonds denominated in Armenian Drams (AMD) and US Dollar (USD).

On March 3, 2024, the Prospectus of ''Converse Bank'' CJSC was registered by Resolution No. 1/108A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, and on May 30, 2024, the Supplement to the Prospectus was registered by Resolution No. 1/191A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia.
