Job description: Converse Bank is looking for a specialist who will properly and reliably analyze and monitor the transactions made in card payment systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analysis of cardholders and points of service and card transactions in SmartVista, detection of suspicious transactions and assessment of their fraudulence/non-fraudulence
• Contacting with cardholders to identify the authenticity of suspicious card transactions
• Identification and review of methods and processes used in fraud
• Review of inquiries of law enforcement authorities and response to the latter
• Recommendations on prevention of fraudulent transactions
• Clarification and response to customer inquiries, activation and blocking of cards
• Review and reporting of all card transactions
• Other assignments given by the direct supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree
• At least 1-year customer service experience
• Practice in card sector is a plus
• Knowledge of languages (English – average, Russian – excellent)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and AS-Bank
• Time management skills
• Teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the activities of cash operations unit, clearing unit and international transfer and settlement unit.
• Daily liquidity management
