Aram Baloyan was born on December 29, 1975.
From 1992-1997 he studied at the Armenian State University of Economics, receiving the qualification of an economist-manager.
Since 03.03.2022 A. Baloyan has become the member of the Converse Bank team.
In 1998 A. Baloyan started his working career as a credit specialist at "Inecobank" CJSC. In 2002, he was appointed as the head of the Internal Audit department, later in 2006 as the Financial director/deputy executive director of "Inecobank" CJSC.
From 2010 to 2017 A. Baloyan occupied the position of Commercial director in the same bank.
Since December 2015, he has been a part-time member of the board of directors of Procredit Bank Armenia, and since February 2016, he had held the position of Executive director until the merger of Procredit Bank and Inecobank. In the specified period A. Baloyan also was in charge of coordinating the process of merger of two banks.
In 2017-2018, he worked at "Artsakh Bank" CJSC as a Director of retail banking - deputy executive director.
In 2018-2019, he worked at "Ameriabank" CJSC as the Head of the corporate service department (SME) and consumer banking services.
From February 2020 to July 2020, he worked at the universal credit organization "Fast Credit Capital" CJSC as a Consultant to the chairman of the board.
In 2019-2022, he was the Executive director of the Credit Union Velox.
A. Baloyan is married and has three children.
