Pedro Miguel Weiss holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
He has extensive managerial experience in European organizations such as Cypet Technologies Limited, United Way Romania, First Bank S.A., Aegean Baltic Bank S.A., FG Eurobank Group, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. / Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
At present, he occupies senior leadership roles in several European organizations:

• Since January 2024: Member of the Advisory Board at Printec Group (Athens, Greece),
• Since January 2022: Member of Board of Directors at HD Insurance Ltd (Nicosia, Cyprus),
• Since January 2020: Member of the Board of Directors at United Way The Netherlands (Amsterdam, The Netherlands),
• Since April 2020: Member of the Supervisory Board, Chairman of the Risk Committee, Member of Audit and Nomination Committees at Raiffeisen Bank (Romania) S.A. , as well as a Legal representative in Romania,
• Since October 2017: Chairman of the Board of Directors at FINCA UK (Microfinance), (London, UK),
• Since January 2016: Chairman of the Board of Directors at Cypet Technologies Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus), and
• Since January 2014: Member of the European Advisory Board at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University (Durham, North Carolina, USA).
