A. Mkhitaryan was born on November 29, 1973.

Joined Converse Bank team since 16 August 2021
During 1990-1995 studied at the Yerevan State University of Engineering and Construction, graduated with an engineer-economist qualification.

During 1996-1999 studied at the Institute of Economic Research of the RA Ministry of Finance.

Started career in 1995 at Gladzorbank CJSC as an employee in the Treasury department, in 1997 was appointed the head of Foreign Exchange Operations Department.

During 1999-2000 worked at HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC as an employee in the treasury service of Financial Control Department, then at the Treasury of the same bank as a dealer, then as a Customer Service Manager, and in 2006-2008 as the head of the Credit Operations Department.
During 2008-2014 worked at Converse Bank CJSC, holding various positions.

During March-December 2014, was a board member of Artsakhbank CJSC, and during 2015-2017, held the position of Chief Executive Director.

During 2018-2019 worked at Ardshinbank CJSC as the head of the Remote Sales Department.

During 2019-2021 was the Director of Easypay LLC.

Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English languages.
