In October 1976 he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and got the certificate of a Public Accountant.
In 1982-1998 he was Project Manager of the cable TV system execution through Cablevision S.A.
He also participated in the foundation of Multimedios America, a group of companies conformed by Channel 2 "America" (TV Station), "El Cronista" (economics and finance newspaper), 1190 "Radio America" and 1030 "Radio Del Plata" (AM radio stations) and 102.3 "Radio Aspen" and 95.1 "Radio Metropolitana" (FM radios).
At present he is a Financial Director of the Holding. He is CFO of American International Airports (AIA), headquartered in New York City, the controlling corporation of the concessionaire companies of Zvartnots International Airport, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia and Carrasco International Airport, Montevideo, Republic of Uruguay.
