AMD Denominated Bonds Issued by "Converse Bank" CJSC

In accordance with the decision No. ՑՊ-002-01/26 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC dated 08 January 2026, these bonds have been included in the Abond List of the Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC. The decision shall enter into force as of 12 January 2026. The market maker for the bonds is “IDBank” CJSC.

The allocation of these AMD-denominated bonds was completed on December 1. The Bank will apply to the Armenia Securities Exchange  to list the allocated bonds.

By the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/113 A dated April 09, 2025, the Program Prospectus of bonds issued by Converse Bank CJSC has been registered.
The placement of the issued bonds will take place from November 18, 2025, at 09:30, to February 18, 2026, at 16:30.

• By submitting a bond purchase application in accordance with the established procedure. The completed application must be sent to [email protected] or [email protected], and the payment for the acquired bonds must be made to the Bank’s account 1930043123398600 by 16:30 on the same day. When submitting the application via email, please also attach a copy of your passport and provide the investor’s contact number.
