Job description: Converse Bank is looking for a specialist to provide the appropriate verification of financing packages, agreements and/or other documents.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify customers with regard to financing packages, agreements and/or other documents and provide appropriate verification processes
•Digitize agreements, archive hard and soft versions of loan folders
•Provide the processes of notarization and registration/termination of the Bank’s lien and current servicing at the RA Cadaster Committee through AMPIS, the Road Police and the RA MJ Register of Secured Movable Property Rights
•Perform other assignments of managers in a due and timely manner
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in Economics, Finance or other related areas
• Over 1-year work experience in the banking sector
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, AS)
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
• Time management skills

Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the activities of cash operations unit, clearing unit and international transfer and settlement unit.
• Daily liquidity management
• Oversee all treasury processes in compliance with bank’s policies.
• Ensure that the operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlements function.

Required knowledge/skills:

• At least 5 years experience in treasury management, finance or related roles. Experience in banking is a plus
•Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, cash management systems and banking instruments
• Excellent problem-solving, strong analytical skills and solid business judgment
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment and attentive to details
• Knowledge of Russian and English is required
