Converse Bank’s managers discussed the strategy for years 2018-2021 at the external meeting held on November 11.

During substantial debate, ambitious proposals, innovative for the Armenian market, were made; the opportunities for their implementation, introduction of new products, and improvement prospects were discussed.

After discussion of the Bank’s principal strategic directions and budget for 2018-2021, the goals and benchmarks that the Bank would strive to achieve in the coming years were clearly specified.
